The former home of George Merrick (founder of city of Coral Gables) sister.

Complete historic restoration of landmark national historic home.

Also, includes new 2,000sf addition.

All historic materials were kept and refurbished back to new.

We were able to salvage a lot of the interior tile and wrought ironwork, as well as plaster.
