We provide general construction, construction management, and pre-construction consulting services throughout South Florida. Our portfolio includes a diverse range of mixed-use commercial space, healthcare facilities, residential homes, and historic renovations.
Xavier Durana
Xavier Durana has worked extensively, since 2000, in the development and construction industries. Mr. Durana has experience in commercial, residential, and historical preservation. As President and Owner, he is actively involved in the business development and construction operations of the company.
Mr. Durana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, as well as a minor in Business Administration. Mr. Durana is a Certified Florida Licensed General Contractor. He was raised in Coral Gables and graduated from the International Baccalaureate Program at Coral Gables High School. He resides in Coral Gables with his wife and two children.
Mr. Durana also serves on the Coral Gables Historic Preservation Board, Coral Gables Tour of Kitchen Fundraiser for the Coral Gables Community Foundation and is a member of the Merrick Society.
Raymond Mendez
Raymond is a Miami native who graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and is an active Alumni member.
Raymond Mendez has worked in the construction industry, overseeing construction developments since 2003. Mr. Mendez’s experience is in multifamily housing, commercial build-outs and custom high-end residential projects.
As Vice President, Raymond oversees the daily field operations of all ongoing projects for the company and makes sure we are upholding up quality and customer satisfaction. Mr. Mendez is a Certified Florida Licensed Residential Contractor.
