Heico Corporation Offices

For this project the Owner purchase two units on top of each other (16th & 17th floor) and we cut a hole in the slab and reinforced it structurally to accommodate a custom glass/steel staircase. This is a class A office space with top of the line finishes. Custom rift white oak wood panels and cabinetry, marble floors, interior glass partitions and doors, as well as motorized window shades and LED lighting throughout the space.
